不完全是。本页测的是各区域节点的网络可达性(哪条线路 / 区域能连通 AI),反映线路层面的连通性;而你自己的出口 IP 是否会被 AI 风控(机房 IP 被 OpenAI 挑战、所在地区被封等)是另一层判断,在 IP 体检页基于你的出口地区与类型给出。流媒体同理,探针路径可达不代表账号、订阅或片库一定解锁。两者结合才完整——用完整深度检测。

Not exactly. This page measures network reachability from each region's nodes (which line / region can reach AI or streaming endpoints) — connectivity at the line level. Whether your own exit IP is risk-controlled by AI (a datacenter IP challenged by OpenAI, a blocked region, etc.) is a separate judgement, given on the IP-check page from your exit's region and type. For streaming, endpoint reachability also does not guarantee account, subscription, or catalog unlock. You need both — use the full deep check.
